※Time description: There are four levels
(1) 08:00-12:00 am (2) 13:00-17:00 pm
(3) 18:00-21:00 in the evening (4) All day 08:00-17:00, weekends and national holidays will be charged 50% of the rent .
※The size of the stage is length 244, width 183, height 60 cm, large conference table size is length 180 width 90 height 72 cm, small conference table size is length 180 width 45 height 72 cm, podium size is length 65 width 50 height 120 cm.
※Lotus Hall fixed projector 7000NC resolution 200-inch screen, Coral Hall fixed projector 4500NC resolution 120-inch screen, Jasper Hall fixed projector 4500NC resolution 120-inch screen, Surround the screen on three sides, fixed projector 7000NC resolution.
※Pre-arrange the venue, if more than 1 hour, the charge will be based on the scheduling fee, and the charge will be extended based on the overtime.
※Meeting room facilities: Microphone, projector, screen, white board, paper, pen, water are provided, and meeting meals will be replaced. (There is no additional 10% service charge for conference room rental)
※The rental fee for panoramic surround system (including lighting) is NT $ 300,000.
