※ Respect other people’s privacy. Do not enter the sports area just to watch.
※ Sportswear and sports shoes must be worn in the gym at all times. 
※For safety reasons, children under 16 must not enter the gym.
※ Warm up before you exercise and follow the coach’s explanations and instructions.
※ After using the fitness materials, please return them to their original place.
※ Do not bring in food.
※ Please do not use the gym right after a meal or when you have drunk. 
※ Please use the fitness equipment with care and mind your safety.
※ To keep the spa in pristine condition, the hotel reserves the right to close the spa at any time for maintenance or in connection with the seasons.  (Provided as part of a promotional package)

The Monday of the first week every month is the day for facility maintenance and repair and it is closed.
