Our gym has comprehensive exercise equipment for guests to stretch their body, which is good for health and staying in shape.
Instructions:
｜Respect other people's privacy. Do not enter the sports area just to watch.
｜Sportswear and sports shoes must be worn in the gym at all times.
｜For your safety, children under 12 are not allowed to enter the gym.
｜Warm up before you exercise and follow the coach's explanations and instructions.
｜After using the fitness materials, please return them to their original place.
｜Do not bring in food.
｜Please do not use the gym right after a meal or when you have drunk.
