【Swimming Pool Regulations】
On-site Registration Required
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, please comply with the following regulations:
• Due to weather conditions or other force majeure events, the Hotel reserves the right to determine whether the facility remains open.
• Children under 120 cm in height must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when using the adult pool.
• Inflatable floats (over 100 cm), ride-on floats, and children’s toys are permitted only in the children’s pool. They are strictly prohibited in the adult pool.
• Footwear is not permitted in the pool.
• Running, chasing, or diving in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
• Swimming outside of designated operating hours is prohibited. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents incurred.
• Proper swimwear is required. Surf shorts and beach shorts are acceptable. Underwear is strictly prohibited in the pool.
• Showering is required before entering the pool. Guests who fail to shower may not enter.
• Dangerous items and pets are strictly prohibited.
• Guests with skin diseases, heart conditions, epilepsy, hypertension, or contagious illnesses are not permitted to enter.
• Entry is prohibited within one hour after eating, when experiencing fever, under the influence of alcohol, or feeling unwell.
• If discomfort occurs while swimming, please exit the pool immediately and rest.
• Spitting, urinating, or littering is strictly prohibited.
• Climbing on lane ropes is strictly prohibited.
• Loud noise, disruptive behavior, or actions affecting other guests are prohibited.
• Smoking and chewing betel nut are strictly prohibited throughout the pool area.
• Any disturbance of public order or fighting will result in immediate removal from the premises by the lifeguard.
• In case of emergency, please call out loudly and raise your hand to alert the lifeguard.
• Guests must comply with lifeguard instructions. Failure to do so will result in personal liability for any incidents.
• To maintain water quality, applying sunscreen or lotion before entering the pool is prohibited.
• The pool area is exclusively for registered hotel guests for swimming and fitness use. Commercial or promotional activities are not permitted without prior authorization.
• Swim caps are not required in the children’s pool.
• Guests who fail to comply with regulations after warning may be removed from the premises by the lifeguard.
• Please safeguard personal belongings. The Hotel is not responsible for any loss.
• Please use all facilities with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused.
• Guests with a body temperature exceeding 37°C or feeling unwell are not permitted to enter the pool.
• The Hotel reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time.
