- Overtime usage will be charged as an extended time slot. For venue setup exceeding 1 hour prior to the scheduled time, rental charges for the respective time slot will apply, and overtime usage will also be charged as an extended time slot. Refreshment images are for reference only; the actual menu will apply.
- Meeting Room Audio-Visual Equipment:One projector and screen, two microphones, a whiteboard, conference paper, pencils, and drinking water. Additional meeting meals will be charged separately (conference venue rental is not subject to a 10% service charge).
- Meeting Package:Prices, details, guaranteed number of participants, special holidays, meeting equipment, and venue are subject to hotel announcements.
- In case of changes, no further notice will be provided. Fullon Hotel Taipei, East Gate reserves the right to revise, interpret, or terminate this event at its discretion.
