▲ Instructions for use
※ Respect other people’s privacy. Do not enter the sports area just to watch.
※ Sportswear and sports shoes must be worn in the gym at all times. 
For safety reasons, young people under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the gym.
※ Warm up before you exercise and follow the coach’s explanations and instructions.
※ After using the fitness materials, please return them to their original place.
※ Do not bring in food.
※ Please do not use the gym right after a meal or when you have drunk. 
※ Please use the fitness equipment with care and mind your safety.

Repairs and maintenance will be carried out from time to time without prior notice; on-site announcements prevail.
