• For self-brought beverages, a corkage fee will be charged: NTD500 + 10% per table.
• This promotion is non-redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other items.
• After contract signing, cancellation due to guest reasons will be handled according to the refund and deposit terms stated in the contract.
• The minimum guaranteed number of tables (or guests) must be confirmed 10 days prior to the banquet date. If the actual attendance on the event day is below the guaranteed number, charges will be based on the guaranteed number.
• Chinese banquet tables are based on 10 persons per table. Additional guests will be charged according to the table rate.
• Vegetarian set meal guests are not included in banquet or private room headcount and will be charged separately as additional guests.
• The hotel reserves the right to adjust banquet venue usage time to avoid affecting subsequent events.
• Venue reservation will be held for 7 days. Contract must be signed and booking confirmed within 7 days. If no response or contact cannot be established, the reservation will be automatically released without further notice.
• All payments must be settled in full at the end of the banquet on the same day. Credit is not accepted.
• The hotel reserves the right to modify and interpret this promotion.
