The banquet hall classroom type can accommodate up to 300 people, suitable for company meetings, seminars, education and training, etc. The venue and services can be arranged according to the your needs, and professional conference equipment is provided to make the meeting more efficient.

    |Session Periods
     There are three time slots. (Each slot is 4 hours)
     a. Morning 08:00-12:00
     b. Afternoon 13:00-17:00
     c. Evening 17:00-21:00


    |Usage Notes
     ※ Venue rental is calculated per 4 hours. Overtime will be charged as an extended session; setup exceeding 1 hour prior will be charged as one session.
     ※ Meeting facilities include: 2 microphones, 1 screen, paper, pens, water. Additional catering will be charged separately. (Meeting room rental does not include a 10% service charge.)
      Narcissus Hall: 80-inch screen; Banquet Halls A, B, C: 120-inch screen each; Mobile projector NT$5,000 including 80-inch screen.
     ※ Meeting catering / lunch box: NT$250+10% per person.
     ※ Wired internet connection NT$3,000 per line; audio equipment NT$5,000. (Other facilities are available upon request with separate quotation.)
     ※ Special lighting or high-power electricity needs must be requested in advance, with amperage details provided. Charges will apply and coordination with the hotel engineering team is required.
     ※ For large conferences requiring internet, we recommend applying to an external provider to ensure stability.
     ※ Outside food will incur a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 and a declaration form must be signed.
     ※ The use of double-sided tape, nails, or other damaging materials is strictly prohibited. Damaged or stained carpets must be compensated.
     ※ Guests must bring their own laptops and presentation pointers. Extension cords must also be prepared by guests if needed.
     ※ The hotel reserves the right to modify rental rates and maximum capacity without prior notice.
