3歲至12歲兒童如需使用三溫暖，請務必全程由家長或成人陪同入內，以維護安全。
Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult at all times. - 禁菸、禁食及飲料 / No Smoking, Food, or Drinks
區域內禁煙、禁食及飲料。
Smoking, food, and beverages are strictly prohibited in this area. - 高溫設施提醒 / High-Temperature Warning
烤箱、蒸氣室為高溫設施，使用時請小心。
Saunas and steam rooms are high-temperature facilities; please use them with caution. - 健康狀況限制 / Health Restrictions
健康狀況不佳，罹患高血壓、心臟病、傳染性疾病、氣喘、癲癇、飽食或飲酒過後者，禁止使用本區之設施。
Individuals with poor health conditions, high blood pressure, heart disease, infectious diseases, asthma, epilepsy, or those who have just eaten a full meal or consumed alcohol are strictly prohibited from using these facilities. - 入場前淋浴規範 / Shower Requirement
使用各項設施前，請先淋浴，請勿著泳裝或衣物入內使用。
Please shower before using any facilities. Swimwear and clothing are not permitted inside. - 運動後休息提醒 / Post-Exercise Rest
運動後，請休息10~15分鐘後再使用本區之設施。
Please rest for 10 to 15 minutes after exercising before using the facilities. - 懷孕與生理期限制 / Pregnancy & Menstruation
為安全起見，懷孕或生理期間婦女請勿使用本區設施。
For safety reasons, pregnant women and women during their menstrual period are requested not to use the facilities. - 時間限制提醒 / Time Limit for Saunas & Pools
為了您的安全，使用烤箱、蒸氣室或冷熱水池時，請勿超過10分鐘。
For your safety, please do not exceed 10 minutes per session in the sauna, steam room, or hot/cold plunge pools. - 身體不適通報 / Reporting Discomfort
使用時若感到任何不適，請儘速與工作人員聯絡。

為維護安全及使用者隱私權益，本場所禁止拍照、攝影或錄音。
