- Attention should be paid because the infrared ray radiation sauna and steam sauna chamber are provided with high-temperature facilities.
- It is forbidden for those who have bad health, high blood pressure, heart disease, infectious diseases, asthma, epilepsy or ate food or drank wine not long ago to use the facilities in this area.
- Please take a shower before using each facility. Do not wear any swimsuit or cloth when entering the sauna.
- It is forbidden for the children under the age of 16 to enter this area.
- It is forbidden to smoke, eat or drink in this area.
- After exercises, please take a rest for 10~ 15 minutes before you use the facilities in this area.
- For your safety, do not perform the infrared ray radiation sauna, or stay in the hot and cold pool or steam sauna chamber for more than 10 minutes.
- If you feel discomfort during use, contact our staff immediately.
- Group guests should be pay for the gym and sauna. The Male Sauna fees will be announced in the local area.
